I’m Jen and I’m a holistic therapist, based in
Sheffield. I offer Reiki & Seichem, Indian head massage,
BodyTalk and holistic massage.
These are all techniques to
manage stress, reduce pain and improve our sense of well-being.
I run stress management workshops and courses in Reiki & Seichem
and Indian head massage.

favourite place to work is my treatment room in Fulwood,
Sheffield, but I have also worked in the rehearsal rooms
and dressing rooms of Sheffield Theatres and in various South
Yorkshire police stations.
I
make home visits for those who are housebound and for animals.
I’ve also worked in London, on request, and I send
distant healing.
